Daytime guests, please arrive at 1pm for a 2pm ceremony. The ceremony will be followed by cocktails and canapes. The wedding breakfast will be followed by post-dinner games and entertainment. 

Evening guests, please arrive at 7.00pm for an evening of dancing and fun. Carriages will be at midnight.

Cocktails and canapes will be served around 2.30pm. The wedding breakfast will be served around 5.00pm. An evening buffet will be served around 9.00pm. 

A set menu will be provided for adults and children for the wedding breakfast and a varied buffet in the evening.  Dietary restrictions and allergies will be catered for individually. There is an option to make note of these when you RSVP. Contact us directly for any extra support. 

There is limited seating in the ceremony hall and therefore only the people specified on the invite are able to come to the daytime part of the wedding. Extra plus ones of those invited to the daytime are more than welcome to join in the evening celebration and there will be an option to add this information in the RSVP.

Invited children are welcome guests. We ask that if they become upset/ loud during the ceremony or speeches that adults would be kind enough to take them outside.

We have childcare available from 6.00pm-midnight hosted by qualified practitioners within a secure quiet room connected to the main function room. This will be set up with games and toys until 9.00pm and then turn into a cosy area to watch films and sleep if needed. This will be up to age 12.

Please let us know on the RSVP whether you would like to use the childcare, as we will need to ensure there are enough staff to be in ratio. If you would like to find out more about the company/ contact them beforehand, the website is https://www.cheshirebeeschildcare.co.uk/ 

We would like to keep the ceremony unplugged and ask you to not take photos. After this, photos are encouraged and we will have a shared album to upload photos to. 

There is ample free parking next to the hotel. You are able to drop bags off at reception and then park. 
The closest major train station is Chester and it is around a 30 minute taxi journey to the hotel.
